It doesn’t need to be said again but, this year is definitely unlike any other. We braved through a month of March that seemed endless and then we blinked and suddenly, the holiday season was upon us. Due to a global pandemic that continues to rage on, Christmas this year is going to look very different for some of us. There may be no large celebrations with our loved ones, but we can still show them we care by our gifts. And as always, I have some really great recommendations for your loved ones that are unique and thoughtful.
Holiday Gift Guides
Last year, I went all out on gift guides. I was cranking out a gift guide a day just so I could keep up with all of the other bloggers. I pushed myself to the limit in the name of the holidays and it made me MISERABLE! This year, I wanted to focus on intention instead of abundance. That’s why this is the only gift guide you’ll see from me this year. And I have zero regrets about that decision.
Let’s face it, the holidays are normally stressful. Picking out the perfect gifts, preparing for critical relatives and sometimes in-laws, going balls to the wall on Christmas decorations. Now tack on social isolation, loved ones who have passed, and an economy that has been in decline, we all could use a little extra self-care right about now. I hope these recommendations can help you salvage your sanity from the wreckage that is 2020.
This gift guide focuses on relaxation and protecting your mental health. These items are carefully curated for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. This is the purpose of the Self-Care Gift Guide. Each item in the Self-Care Gift Guide is linked so you can easily locate and purchase it. How do you unwind? Let me know in the comments below.
